Cllr Lesley-Anne Lloyd moved to Rustington 40 years ago from Angmering. In 2019 Lesley-Anne set up two businesses, Amber Support Specialist Dementia Care, and Amber Celebrancy, organising weddings, namings and funerals. And is an unpaid charity volunteer for The Alzheimer’s Society & KeepmeBreathing.com

Lesley-Anne love the sea, swimming & kayaking, friends, family and our community.  She knows we are lucky to live here, so preserving and promoting our space is important. 

Lesley-Anne's priorities for Rustington West:

  1. To ensure the safety of all our residents and retail, allowing everyone to thrive and prosper.
  2. Championing Dementia in the local area, people living with dementia, their carers, and families & creating dementia safe spaces for families who live in my ward. 
  3. Working to make our area disability friendly and listening to the challenges of families who live in my ward. 
  4. Making green spaces, the beach and the seashore a priority for our future. 
  5. Making sure the Council delivers effective and efficient services that meet the expectations of our residents.
